Employment type: Fixed-term / Seasonal
Pay rate: $28–$30 per hour
Season: Mid February – August/September 2026
Hours: Approx. 45 hours per week, Monday–Saturday (rostered)

About the role
As a Dashboard Operator, you’ll be responsible for running the packhouse computer dashboard in real time to help achieve daily production and quality targets. This is a technical, hands-on role at the heart of packhouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the packhouse dashboard during production
• Adjust settings to optimise fruit flow, quality and output
• Identify and resolve system or configuration issues quickly
• Communicate clearly with packhouse and quality teams
• Accurately complete all required documentation
• Follow all health and safety procedures

• Work collaboratively with packhouse and quality teams to keep production running smoothly and safely

What we’re looking for

• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Clear communicator and team player
• Previous packhouse or production experience is an advantage
